In the month of April, all the existing employees are individually provided form 12BB by Accounts dept. to fill in and submit for TDS calculation. {Maker - Partha, Checker - Not present}
As and when a new employee joins, Accounts Department is intimated by the HR over mail to incorporate changes in CTC of the new employee to deduct TDS prospectively. A scan copy of the CTC structure and PAN card is shared as supporting document.
At the end of the year (around February ) HR sends Investment documents of employees to Accounts Department for verification of any income or deductions that has accrued except Salaries.
